Be The Kind Of Person Who Thrives With Every Challenge

Obstacles are inevitable for entrepreneurs.

You’ll encounter them no matter what kind of business you have, and that includes your Avon business.

You really only have two choices when it comes to dealing with them.

Growing your Avon business is pretty simple.

There are only 4 main steps:

  1. Prospecting for new customers & recruits.
  2. Getting a brochure (either paper or digital) to every customer every campaign.
  3. Following-up with every customer you gave a brochure to every campaign before you place your order.
  4. Take the order, submit it to Avon and deliver to your customer, or send them to your Avon Online Store to place their order

And then Rinse and Repeat.

It’s really that simple. You just do these 4 steps over and over again, and you will have a strong Avon business.

We have our Daily 8 System to help you work on the activities that will help you grow your business.

The Daily 8 system is a proven formula

When followed consistently, the Daily 8 Plan will help you maintain the consistency required to build a thriving team and an exponentially expanding residual income.

Instead of working 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week your goal is to capture 8 POINTS a day, 5 days a week for a total of 40 POINTS per week.

Print this sheet and use it to track your weekly points.

Follow this plan consistently for 90-days and teach your team to do the same. At the end of 90 days, REPEAT and then REPEAT again. This is your Daily Method of operation.

The real secret to your Avon Business success is that there is NO SECRET!

It simply takes a simple plan and the dedication and commitment to WORK THE PLAN consistently! That’s it!

Today We’ll Talk About How to Thrive With Every Challenge

You will run into obstacles in your Avon business.  it’s not a matter of if, but rather when.

You really only have two choices when it comes to dealing with them.

Either you allow them to cause you to shrink back in fear and self-doubt, or you embrace them, refusing to allow them to intimidate you.

Believe it or not, a successful business is one that welcomes obstacles.

Being an entrepreneur will come with many ups and downs emotionally because of hindrances.

You might experience fear, disappointment, anger and more.

Thriving with challenge means that you don’t allow your emotions to guide you.

You recognize the challenge for what it is – just part of doing business – and you pick yourself up and get right back to focusing on moving your business forward to the next step.

If you do some research, you’ll find that businesses that see success today once faced seemingly insurmountable challenges.

If you talk to some of the top Avon Representatives, you’ll find that they had their share of these as well.

The only thing they did differently than the businesses that folded up shop did was that they allowed those obstacles to fuel their determination rather than defeat it.

Challenges weed out the weak and less determined.

They help those who dig in their heels and see challenges for the opportunities they can be become forged in the fire that these problems bring.

In the end, they come out stronger and better than before they encountered whatever they faced.

Embrace the Challenge

You can become the kind of person who thrives through challenges by having a winning strategy.

Make sure that you have a group of go getters you can turn to when the setbacks surface.

This might be other Avon Representatives that you reach out to or successful people that you read about and you can hold onto their advice while you’re going through your challenge.

There are many Avon Representative Facebook Groups with lots of people in them who are willing to help you or share their experiences.

Join and participate in these groups.

But one caveat though, sometimes you’ll find drama or negativity in a Facebook Group.

You will do yourself a big favor by NOT participating in that.  Keep it positive always and look for solutions instead of problems.

When you’re struggling with an obstacle, hold onto the reason why you wanted to start your business to begin with.

Reminding yourself of your why will help you stay determined to succeed no matter what.

Make sure that your mind is set on the right things.

If negativity crops up, kick that thought out and cultivate positive thoughts.

If you have a negative mindset toward obstacles, overhaul that thinking and become determined to find at least one good thing about the obstacles you face.

Remember that not every obstacle will leave you the winner.

When a challenge feels like it’s driven you to rock bottom, decide if it’s time to create a fork in the road in order to go around it.

For example, maybe your goal was to achieve a certain sales level before this year ended, and Covid, the one obstacle every one of us has had to work with, caused you to miss this goal.

Yes, it sucks.  But it’s not the end of the world.

Do everything you can with the small amount of time we have left in the year.

But if you just are not going to achieve it, embrace the challenge.

Sit down and figure out what you could have done differently, implement those ideas, and make a new goal for next year.

Use the extended time to add a new sales funnel to your business or learn something new to help you really grow.

One example of that could be to concentrate on learning a new way to grow your business, such as social media, and becoming an expert at it this upcoming year.

And then, not only will you meet your goals this time, your business will reach all new levels!
