Believe In Yourself And Your Business Will Flourish

When first starting your business, sometimes you don’t automatically have that strong belief in yourself.

It kind of depends on what type of experience you’ve had up until this point.

If you were very successful in the business world before coming to Avon, that belief will most likely come along with you.  But if you’ve never worked in business – maybe you’ve been a stay at home mom – it may take some time and experience to gain that belief that you will be successful.

Spend some time with yourself and get really clear about where you are going and how you are going to get there.

It is important that you have a belief in yourself before others will believe in you.  People follow people who know where they are going and are working to get there.

Take a few minutes and imagine what your life is going to look like a few years from now.

Imagine you log into your bank account and there is a huge deposit in there – in fact there is a huge deposit in your bank account every week.

You go outside and look at your new beautiful house and at your beautiful new car in the driveway.  Everything is completely paid for and you are debt free.

Or, imagine that you are at home with your kids during the day.  You get to be home with them and home school them.  You feel so blessed that you don’t have to go to a day job and leave your kids all day.

Are those not your dream?  That’s OK.

Spend some time and get clear on what it is that YOU want!

Picture yourself living that dream and what your Avon business is doing for you.  Think about that every day and build a strong belief within yourself that you can make this happen.

Your Avon business has the potential to help you reach your dreams and goals – no matter what they are. 

We have story after story of people who are earning multiple six-figure incomes and get to live their life on their own terms.

We also have story after story about moms who are home with their kids, and volunteer at their children’s schools.

And we have all kinds of stories about people who give back.  They have the opportunity to volunteer and help others because they don’t have to worry about how they’re going to earn an income.  Avon provides all they need so that they can go out and make their impact on the world.

Whatever it is – Avon can provide it for you if you’re willing to put forth the effort to achieve it.

So get really clear about what you want.

It doesn’t have to be a huge goal.  Maybe you just don’t want to have to get a job and leave your baby with the sitter.  That’s totally okay.

Maybe you just want a little extra spending money so your family can have a wonderful vacation every year.  That’s totally okay too.

Just get really clear on what you do want and how you’re going to achieve it with Avon.

Once you understand how Avon can help you achieve your dreams, you will have the confidence to share that with others.

People will sense that belief in you and will want to follow you.

Be sure that your prospects know that you are in this for the long haul and you will work to train and support them as well.

Tell your prospects that you will not let them fail and you will continue to help them as long as they remain coachable and do not quit.  You will help, coach and encourage them and will get them off to a great start.

Your strong belief in your business and faith in yourself will act as a beacon to attract all the best people into your business.

And the more you work, and the more successful you get, the more amazing people you will attract!
