- Following up with every customer you gave a brochure to every campaign before you place your order.
- Take the order, submit it to Avon and deliver to your customer, or send them to your Avon Online Store to place their order
And then Rinse and Repeat.

Today We’ll Talk About The Myth That Might Be Holding You Back on Social Media
If you are holding any of these beliefs, I want to help you shake them off and reset your mind.
Sometimes, people think that all they have to do is get on social media and the business will magically come.
It takes time and energy to build your business.
The same is true online as it is in person face-to-face.
But let’s take a look at one specific belief that might be holding you back.
You Need a Massive Audience Online to Make a Serious Income
That is absolutely, not true!
Followers are not what you think. Many times, we call followers the “Vanity Metric.”
They look pretty and it makes us feel good to see the followers.
But any online seller who knows what they’re doing will tell you that followers or subscribers don’t mean ANYTHING if you’re not monetizing off of them.
And not everyone is going to become a “follower”.
In fact, only 9% of people even ENGAGE on social media with a comment.
Instead, most people LURK!
That means there are a TON of Lurkers out there.
You can’t see them and don’t know they are there – but they are there!
You never know when you might have a piece of content that just blows up!
The trick is to continue to put out content on a regular basis, and to continue to improve your process.
Look at my TikTok Account for Example…
Short-form video has LITERALLY changed my business!
I create videos on TikTok and share them to all the other social media platforms.
All of a sudden I have literally TONS of new leads coming to ME!
Wanting information on my products, wanting information on my business.
I have been super consistent with putting out content.
You can see that most videos hover between 200-300 views…
But occasionally, they really take off. And I might get 2.4K views or 1.2K views!
It’s a little easier to see this on my YouTube channel…
Those don’t come from FOLLOWERS!
That is Organic Social Media Reach!
What Happens When You Get Thousands of Views?
You get tons of comments, and each and every one of them becomes a lead.
Imagine having 1,200 people asking you for information on your products or your business opportunity!
Heck, imagine if you only had 1-2 people asking you every day!
What would business be like for you then?
It Doesn’t Take a Big Audience on Social Media to Grow Your Business.
It takes getting out of your comfort zone and doing something new.
Remember, you’re always going to suck at something until you get good enough that you don’t suck any longer.
And growing your business and building online is definitely a work in progress.
You never know when you’ll have something pop.
But in order for it to pop, you’re going to have to be willing to put it out there first!
