Entrepreneurial Success Is For Energetic People
To achieve success in your Avon (or any) business, you need a certain level of energy.
To achieve success in your Avon (or any other) business, you need a constant supply of energy, both physical and mental, if you want to be successful working on your own.
Growing your Avon business is pretty simple.
There are only 4 main steps:
- Prospecting for new customers & recruits.
- Getting a brochure (either paper or digital) to every customer every campaign.
- Following-up with every customer you gave a brochure to every campaign before you place your order.
- Take the order, submit it to Avon and deliver to your customer, or send them to your Avon Online Store to place their order
And then Rinse and Repeat.
It’s really that simple. You just do these 4 steps over and over again, and you will have a strong Avon business.
We have our Daily 8 System to help you work on the activities that will help you grow your business.
The Daily 8 system is a proven formula
When followed consistently, the Daily 8 Plan will help you maintain the consistency required to build a thriving team and an exponentially expanding residual income.
Instead of working 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week your goal is to capture 8 POINTS a day, 5 days a week for a total of 40 POINTS per week.
Print this sheet and use it to track your weekly points.
Follow this plan consistently for 90-days and teach your team to do the same. At the end of 90 days, REPEAT and then REPEAT again. This is your Daily Method of operation.
The real secret to your Avon Business success is that there is NO SECRET!
It simply takes a simple plan and the dedication and commitment to WORK THE PLAN consistently! That’s it!

Today We’ll Talk About How Energy Affects Your Business
Anyone who is successful in their own business has a strong inner drive that helps them to succeed.
An entrepreneur should be excited by the prospect of work.
They should always have a strong drive to succeed and overcome obstacles.
They should not only set big goals for themselves but also see that they are actually committed to achieving them regardless of the countless setbacks that occur.
When most people are packing it in for the day, you need to be catching your second wind.
And you need to be able to stay energetic and positive even in the face of uncertainty and flat-out disappointment.
This is why being passionate about your business is so important – it gives you the boundless energy needed. It’s your fuel.
Maintaining that Energy Level is Something every CEO Struggles with from Time to Time
Sometimes, you may have to put forth effort to cultivate the energy that you need.
Those who do well in their Avon business know that energy makes the difference in getting things done and in deciding which direction to take whenever there’s a problem or choice to make.
Both mental and physical energy levels are important.
Mental energy means you have the mindset, attitude or emotional capacity to do whatever type of mental work needs to get done – such as brainstorming an upcoming project or working on finding a new way to market your products.
Having the physical energy that you need is important, because when you feel drained, you’re not going to want to do anything.
If you do try to get tasks done, it’ll take you twice as long and you’ll use more of your physical resources.
If you’re struggling with feeling energetic, there are things that you can do that can make a difference.
Energy attracts energy. If you stay stagnant, that will create more inertia.
So, to overcome your lethargy, challenge yourself to do at least one thing a day that benefits your Avon business.
This might be something like outlining a blog post, checking in on a customer, doing some follow-ups, scheduling social media posts, etc.
Whatever you do, just accomplish at least one thing each day and you’ll find that what happens is the movement, which is a form of energy, will create more energy that will help you keep moving.
Find an Accountability Partner
It can also help if you have someone that you check in with – such as an accountability partner who is also an entrepreneur.
You want someone in a similar business because they’ll often have strengths in the area in which you’re struggling.
Set up a plan to text or email this person daily so that you can go over what you were able to accomplish.
Then you can discuss or brainstorm ways to add to that accomplishment.
Connecting with like-minded individuals will often help to boost energy and your mood as well.
Focus on Income Producing Tasks
Make sure that the tasks that you’re working on each day are income producing tasks.
When you start seeing the money come in, that will create momentum.
Money is a tangible reward of the effort that you’re putting in.
Your brain’s reward center will be triggered and that will further boost your energy and enthusiasm.
Take Care of Yourself
You can develop physical energy by limiting stress, which drains you physically and also by deliberately choosing to exercise.
Exercise boosts your endorphin levels, which give you energy.
Embrace other healthy habits like getting plenty of rest and eating a nutritious meal plan.
Make it Happen
If you’re not feeling energetic, put something in plan today so you don’t put off your goals.
The moving parts of your Avon business go far beyond supply and demand, profit and loss.
The energy that you bring to the table leaves an impression on every customer and prospect.
And that impression is what either inspires people to choose you as their Representative or go elsewhere.
Examine the energy that you’re manifesting in your business to see where you’re limiting growth and success.
Are you passionate about your business?
It’s that passion and the energy you put into your Avon business that will determine your success or failure.
