Every Customer Should Receive An Avon Brochure
As we work to grow our business, it’s important to work every angle we can. The more ways we fill our funnel, the better our business will grow. I get prospects from many different ways.
Looking at the Sales Funnel below, you’ll see that you want to work online and offline. Everyone you meet goes into the funnel, and then some of them come out the bottom to become your customers and team members.
One of the ways I touch my customers consistently is with the physical Avon Brochure.
Even though they’re ordering online, people still like to look at the Avon Brochure.
Please don’t make the mistake of thinking they can view it online. Yes, they can. Of course they can. But you’ll get a lot more sales if you either mail them a brochure or hand deliver one to them. It’s a great follow-up tool.
I used to have a bulk mail permit, and Richard and I mailed about 300-400 brochures every campaign. I no longer do that, although I do have some team members who do.
Now I have found a service that does it for me. It’s less expensive overall, and saves me lots of time. The company is Campaign Mailer. You can set up your account for free, and there are no minimum requirements.
Campaign Mailer is a service that was created just for Avon Representatives and helps you get your brochure into the hands of everyone who needs one. They will put the label on the brochure with the information you want on it, and mail it for you.
You can put whatever you want on your label. This is what my label looks like:
Keep in mind, that if you’re looking for Avon Online Customers, you need to know the Campaign dates for your eRepresentative website.
If you’re not sure, log into YourAvon.com and click on My Account / Key Campaign Dates. In the grey box under your key campaign dates, you’ll see something that says, Your eCustomers may shop your Campaign ____ online store from ____ to _____.
So what I do for my website customers is if they place an order online, I will mail them brochures for the next 4 campaigns. If they stop receiving brochures, all they have to do is place an order again, and I’ll mail the next 4 campaigns.
Mailing Avon brochures is, in my opinion, still the best way to build your Avon business. I believe having an actual brochure in their hand helps more customer actually decide to place an order.
It’s easy to do, and trust me… when a customer gets a brochure in their hand, they’re much more likely to go online and place an order!
Can’t afford to mail brochures? There is still another option.
You also have the ability to text or email Avon Digital Brochures. So if expense is an issue for you, the Digital Brochure is free.
The key is, it is still critical – whether you mail or deliver a physical brochure, or text or email a digital one – that every customer receive one every campaign. And then that you follow-up on every brochure every campaign.
