Are you finding it hard to recruit new Avon Representatives for your Avon business? Here are some ideas that might help you.
First, ask yourself if you would join you. Would you choose you to be your upline or mentor? Are you knowledgeable and ready to help someone get started?
You don’t need to know everything. What’s more important is, are you ready and available for your new recruits. Will you help them find the answers to their questions or concerns?
If you wouldn’t want you as an upline or mentor, then you will want to focus on becoming the person you want to work with. People who see confidence in you, and genuine concern for their needs will join you. People love to follow people who are accomplishing things!
Second, the biggest reason that I’ve seen for not being able to recruit Avon Representatives into your business is that you may not be speaking to enough people.
If you are talking to massive amounts of people every day about your Avon business, eventually you will find the person who wants to join you. As time passes, and you speak to more and more people, more people will begin to join you.
Those two are the most important things to consider.
When others begin to see you as someone who is serious and willing to do whatever it takes to be successful, they will want to join you.
When they see that you have a plan, and that you are putting in the work to talk to as many people as it takes, they will want what you are achieving.
It creates a self-fulfilling cycle. The more people you are talking to and bringing into your business, the more people will be attracted to you and want to join your business. And so the ratio of how many join versus how many you talk to increases.
When you are excited about your business and your plans to grow your business, the people you’re talking to get excited too.
If you’re working on the cruise incentive or any other incentive, be sure to share these goals as well.
People want to know there is a plan in place to help them be successful, with a person (you) who can take the lead to help them.
If you can learn how to portray that, your team will grow as a result!
