Getting Into Action Is Critical For The Success Of Your Avon Business
When you become an Avon Representative, the most important thing you can do is get into action immediately.
Most Representatives who fail or quit Avon do so, not because they take too much action, but because they’ve done too little.
The most important skill you can train your new team member is how to get their first sale or recruit their first Avon Representative within their first 48 hours.
Those that find the most success with Avon, work their business from both sides – building a customer base, and inviting people to join them as Avon Representatives. When you do both, you have the potential for unlimited income!
It really is a numbers game.
Talk, talk, talk, talk to anyone and everyone. It doesn’t matter what you talk about – eventually you’ll get a chance to bring in some mention of your business.
You may need to approach 10 people to find a customer, or 100 people in order to get 10 to look at your business. Then maybe four or six out of the 10 will actually join you as an Avon Representative.
That may sound like a lot, but if you talked to two people every day about your business, at the end of a year you will have talked to 730 people. Out of that, let’s say 300 became customers, 73 looked at your business, and 40 joined you.
300 Customers would give you a very good sales base, and most of the very top producers in any Network Marketing opportunity have only personally sponsored between 100-150 people into their business as Representatives.
If you sponsored 40 people per year, by just talking to two people per day, you will have about 120 personally sponsored team members within three years.
If you’ve been consistent and taught your people to do the same thing, you could be earning the income of your dreams within three years. Doesn’t sound so bad now, does it?
Is that too big a price to pay for the opportunity to get the lifestyle you so want?
You could spend every day of the year showing your business to prospects and have almost 364 refusals – but what if number 365 said YES and became the most successful Avon Representative ever?
Suppose that happened every year for six years? You would have a gigantic business with residual income forever! How many businesses can say that after 6 years? It is worth the effort!
Your Avon Business really is a numbers game.
Learn your ratios and work your ratios. Keep selling and recruiting and teaching those you recruit to teach others to do the same.
The more quickly you get your new team members started doing what you do, the stronger your team will be.
