How To Create Your Own Avon Bingo Card

As you’re looking for ways to grow your Avon business online, Bingo is a great way to do it.  And having your own custom Bingo Card is a great way to stand out! ❤️

In fact, Bingo is a super fun game in your Facebook VIP Groups, and even in your Facebook Parties!

Growing your Avon business is pretty simple.

There are only 4 main steps:

  1. Prospecting for new customers & recruits.
  2. Getting a brochure (either paper or digital) to every customer every campaign.
  3. Following-up with every customer you gave a brochure to every campaign before you place your order.
  4. Take the order, submit it to Avon and deliver to your customer, or send them to your Avon Online Store to place their order

And then Rinse and Repeat.

It’s really that simple. You just do these 4 steps over and over again, and you will have a strong Avon business.

We have our Daily 8 System to help you work on the activities that will help you grow your business.

The Daily 8 system is a proven formula

When followed consistently, the Daily 8 Plan will help you maintain the consistency required to build a thriving team and an exponentially expanding residual income.

Instead of working 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week your goal is to capture 8 POINTS a day, 5 days a week for a total of 40 POINTS per week.

Print this sheet and use it to track your weekly points.

Follow this plan consistently for 90-days and teach your team to do the same. At the end of 90 days, REPEAT and then REPEAT again. This is your Daily Method of operation.

The real secret to your Avon Business success is that there is NO SECRET!

It simply takes a simple plan and the dedication and commitment to WORK THE PLAN consistently! That’s it!

Today We’ll Talk About How to Create Your Own Bingo Card

There are many ways to build more engagement in your groups.

Bingo is just one of the ways.

In this step-by-step tutorial, I’m going to show you how to use Canva to make a printable Bingo Card that you can use in your Facebook Groups and your Facebook Parties.

We’ll create a template that you can copy and edit every time you want to do another game.

Bingo is a super fun game that you can use in your Facebook Groups or your Facebook Parties.

In fact, you could create your entire Facebook Party around your Bingo game!

I’ll show you how to use a Canva template, and then customize it to whatever you want.

Your Bingo Card will stand out from everyone else’s out there!

And to get even more out of it, be sure to offer a Party Prize Drawing at the end, to generate more sales, parties, and even potential recruits.

How to use your New Bingo Card

The card you create will ask your guests to write the list of words you’ve given them into the Bingo Card in whatever spots they choose.

This is a key part of the strategy, because it’s helping your customers and potential customers to learn more about your products.

You will want to ask your guests to send you the Bingo Card after they filled it out.  They can email it to you, Facebook Message you, post it in a post that you create for it… whatever.

The key is for them to have the cards filled out before the game starts, and you have a way to verify the Bingo.

You will then go Live to play Bingo!

As each product is picked the party guests (or Group members) will cross the items off of their bingo card until you have a winner.

Don’t just limit it to products though.

You can even use other words to add to the card such as words about booking a party or selling Avon.

There are many ways to play Bingo in a Live Video.

Without screen Sharing

You can have all the words on little slips of paper, and you can draw them out of a bag and call them out.

This would just require you to be live and you’ll have no need for screen sharing.

As you call off each product, you can tell a little bit about that product.  If you have them to show, you can show them in the video.

With Screen Sharing

Open up the website and enter the products into that.  You could then spin the wheel to determine the next product that you will call for the Bingo.

As you call off each product, you can tell a little bit about that product.  If you have them to show, you can show them in the video.

Another idea is to open another window on your browser with your Avon Online Brochure Open.  Then as you call out an item, you can flip to the appropriate page and talk about it.

More Information

To make the game more difficult you could change up the rules so players have to make a T, X, Y or fill the entire board to win.

When you’re done ask players to circle their favorite products to create their Wish List.

And then offer a Prize Drawing for everyone who attended.

That leads you right to the Party Prize Drawing to generate more sales, parties, and even potential recruits.

And then you know what’s next, right!?

That’s right – Follow-up!

Bingo Can Help you Earn More Daily 8 Points

As you’re creating the Bingo Form, actually having a Bingo Game online, and following-up afterwards, those are all activities to build your Avon business.

So, give yourself a point for each of those activities that you do.

That’s how your grow your Avon business! 🙂
