Great news! Flexible Ordering is here! Effective Campaign 09, 2018, every Avon representative will be on Flexible Ordering Schedules.

Flexible ordering is a new Avon program that gives you the freedom to run your business on your own terms. You will have the freedom to place your order whenever you choose during the campaign, or place as many orders as you want without having to pay late fees or add-on order fees.

It gives you the freedom to sell throughout the campaign without being tied to one order date.

  • It’s simple: You’re able to identify when each campaign opens and closes using the Flexible Ordering Campaign Calendar.
  • It’s flexible: Submit order(s) whenever you want during the active two-week campaign period. And guess what – no late fees!
  • You’re able to provide better customer service: Customers can order through you when they want. Or, they can always order through your online store!
  • It’s easier for your new recruits: Your new Representatives in Flexible Ordering Districts will experience an easier Avon from their very first day on your team!
  • It will now be easier to make money and grow your business!

So what does this mean?

The new calendar shows the date the Campaign Opens and the date the Campaign closes. Notice, that the campaign closes at Noon on your local time.

Avon 2018 Flexible Ordering Calendar Now every Avon Representative can submit their order on any day of the two-week time frame. Also, starting in C11, 2018, effective dates will be printed on the back cover of the brochure.

This will make it a lot easier for Avon Representatives across the country because now they don’t have to wait for a certain day to place their online Avon order.

Avon has been testing this program in some areas of the country and then rolled it out to the Southeast Representatives for further testing.

Avon received such positive responses from participants, that now they want all Representatives to have the same opportunity.

As part of the transition, Trendsetters will be shifted to a National Campaign schedule, and once the transition is complete, all Representatives across the nation will be on the same campaigns at the same time.

Avon has placed support programs to ensure Trendsetters are treated fairly.

When will Flexible Ordering be available to me?

Flexible Ordering launches with Campaign 9 (April 4, 2018).

What is my order day?

Flexible Ordering is flexible so it doesn’t naturally force you to place an order on a certain day. This means it may be easy to forget to place your order.

Please pick a day that works for you and establish a habit around ordering on that day. Also, encourage your teammates to pick a day. Start the conversation by saying “My order day is Monday. What’s your order day?” or “I’m a Monday. Who else is a Monday?”

How does this impact my business? What are the benefits?

Being an Avon Representative means you work when and how you want. With Flexible Ordering, placing your orders is just as easy! It’s simple, it’s flexible, and it helps you provide better customer service and makes recruiting new Representatives easier.

Is there anything I need to be aware of upon implementation of Flexible Ordering?

As we transition you into the Flexible Ordering schedule, there will be a shift in the day YourAvon.com and Avon.com turn over to the next Campaign. If you haven’t already submitted your Campaign 8 order, your order must be submitted by 12 noon local time on April 3, 2018. YourAvon.com will turn over to Campaign 9 on April 4, 2018.

Beginning April 4, YourAvon.com will show your current Campaign as Campaign 9 to reflect the new Flexible Ordering window. Going forward, you’re able to pick the best day for you to submit your order!

When do I need to submit my order as part of Flexible Ordering?

Representatives need to submit their order no later than 12 noon local time on the last day of the Campaign for the sales and incentives to count for the current Campaign.

When will my online store change for the new Campaign?

Your Online Store will turn over to Campaign 9 on April 3, 2018. Moving forward, your online store will change over from one Campaign to the next every other Tuesday – the day before the next Campaign opens (the same day as your prior order is due).

Can I still place backorders on YourAvon.com?

Yes, you’ll still have the ability to place orders for two Campaigns prior.

What if I want to place multiple orders in a Campaign?

Flexible Ordering gives you the convenience to place multiple orders in a Campaign. Just remember, multiple orders submitted in advance of the Campaign (before billing processes) will be merged into one order to reduce your shipping fees!

Once the Campaign opens, an additional shipping fee is charged for each order placed in a Campaign. To avoid paying a shipping fee on each additional order you place in the Campaign, encourage your customers to place orders through your online store!

Are fees for placing ordering changing?

Effective Campaign 9, shipping fees will increase by $1 per order.

What are the Shipping Fees?

You will pay a shipping fee with each order. PC+ Representatives additional orders over $500 will be shipped free of charge. Here’s the chart that spells all that out.

To avoid paying multiple shipping fees on each additional order, please encourage your customers to place orders through your online store. Remember, you get the same earnings on brochure and online sales!

Will I still get charged late fees if I don’t place my order by the end of the Campaign?

Great news! With Flexible Ordering, there are no late fees! You’re able to order at any time during the active two-week Campaign window. Placing an order after the Campaign closes? No problem! The order will count towards the next Campaign and a shipping fee will be incurred for each order submitted.

Will I experience a change with my delivery day?

Representatives may remain on the same ordering and delivery schedule as today if this works for them. Simply continue to place your order as you do currently. Delivery schedules will largely remain intact, although a delivery company change may occur for some districts. For a few select markets, some adjustments to your schedule may be required to meet a desired delivery day.

If your order delivers via UPS, you can get up-to-the-minute tracking of your packages and notifications for packages while they are in route. You also have the option to enroll in UPS’s free MyChoice service, which allows you to add specific delivery instructions, receive delivery alerts, and much more! UPS offers a premium service as well.

How will my credit limit affect my ability to place multiple orders a Campaign?

There are no changes to credit rules. The outstanding balance on your account, including your new order, may not exceed your credit limit. Therefore, as long as you stay within your credit limit, you may place as many orders as you wish.

When your credit limit is exceeded or if you’ve not been assigned a line of credit, a payment may be required before your next order will release. Also, to prevent an order from being placed on credit hold, please be mindful of keeping your account balance current and in good standing.

What impact does the Flexible Ordering schedule have to my awards cycles? Incentives? How?

Your awards cycles, incentives, and sales will follow the cadence of your Flexible Ordering window. Orders placed within the active two-week Flexible Ordering window will count towards that respective Campaign’s sales, awards, and incentives. Orders placed outside of this window will count towards the next Campaign’s awards, incentives, and sales.

Can I still build future orders on YourAvon.com with Flexible Ordering?

Yes! Plus, your online store (at Avon.com) and YourAvon.com calendars will be aligned moving forward. Previously, your online store and YourAvon.com were not aligned giving you the ability to place an early Campaign order via your online store. Moving forward, this won’t be an option for you – but you’ll still be able to submit an order one week before the Campaign order processes on YourAvon.com.

Can I still submit my order prior to the start of the Campaign?

Yes, orders can be submitted one week in advance of the Campaign opening date. However, orders will only process when the Campaign opens and will be shipped once it is billed. Plus, multiple orders submitted in advance of the Campaign (before billing processes) will be merged into one order to reduce your shipping fees!

Will the Campaigns still be shorter in 4th quarter due to accelerated schedules?

Good news! We’ve adjusted the calendar for Flexible Ordering so your Campaign continues to complete at noon every other Tuesday through 4th quarter making it consistent throughout the year.

Why is the Trendsetter program being eliminated?

As a Trendsetter Representative, you have played an important role for us. Your advanced selling has helped us to better understand how well customers enjoyed our product offerings. Based on your sales performance, our sourcing and manufacturing teams have purchased inventory and/or manufactured quantities for the National Representative population. That being said, we have adopted new sourcing and safety stock strategies that replace our need for Trendsetters selling in advance of the National Campaign.

The elimination of the Trendsetter program allows us to have a single Campaign where products launch to all Representatives at the same time and for the same period. It allows us to have focused energy behind a central Campaign theme where customer and Representative messaging is synchronized. The unified platform is promoted through the brochure, integrated marketing communications, media channels, and positioning with the ultimate aim of maximizing activity, average order, and sales.

Will I see anything different as a result of the single unified Campaign?

With the elimination of the Trendsetter program, not only will all Trendsetter Representatives be converted to the National Campaign, they will also be included in Flexible Ordering. This means you can place your order any time within the two-week Campaign window. All orders will be due at noon local time on the last day of each Campaign. Also, starting in C11, 2018, effective dates will be printed on the back cover of the brochure.

When is the Trendsetter program being eliminated?

The Trendsetter program is being eliminated after the completion of the C10 Trendsetter Campaign. Trendsetter Representatives will convert to National Representatives on March 27, 2018.

What should I expect when the Trendsetter program is eliminated?

Trendsetter Representatives will resell C9 and C10 to sync with the National Campaign. Effective C11, all Representatives will sell the same Campaign together.

How will my online store be impacted by the elimination of the Trendsetter program?

After the completion of your C10 Trendsetter Campaign, you will be converted to a National Representative on March 27, 2018. At that time, National Representatives are ordering C8, which means your customers will see C8 on your online store.

Your online store will change over to C9 on April 3, which aligns with your reselling period. Moving forward, your online store will change over from one Campaign to the next every other Tuesday.

What tools will be available to me to resell C9 and C10?

Free C9 and C10 resell brochures will be shipped to Trendsetters in their C9TS and C10TS orders. Free brochure quantities will mirror quantities originally purchased by Trendsetter Representatives to sell C9TS and C10TS.

Brochures will feature exclusive bundles, featured on the front cover of C9 and C10, only available to Trendsetter Representatives.

President’s Recognition Program Trendsetter Representatives will be shipped two free Beauty Essentials Samplers, our customer acquisition bundle, to promote customer growth. All other Trendsetter Representatives will receive one free Beauty Essentials Sampler.

More incentives exclusive to Trendsetters will be announced as we move closer to Campaign 9.

What products are featured in the C9 exclusive bundle?

The Trendsetter exclusive bundle valued at $102 / sale price $24.99 will be featured on the front cover of the C9 resell brochure. Products included in the bundle:

How will Trendsetter earnings be effected?

Trendsetters will have up to 28 Campaigns of sales count toward their 2018 cycle sales due to the two resell Campaigns (C9 & C10).

What if I have been recently appointed into a Trendsetter district?

All Trendsetter Representatives will be converted to National Representatives. Representatives will be part of the Flexible Ordering program. Appointments into Trendsetter districts were suspended effective January 21, 2018.
