Posts To Help You Increase Engagement On Your Social Media Pages
Whether you are looking to set up a new Facebook Page for your Avon business, or you just want to make the most of your existing one, it’s important to think about what kinds of things you’ll post to get more people engaged on your page.
It’s not quite as easy as just posting photos and a couple of posts and then expecting new customers and recruits to raise their hands and want to do business with you.
If you’re not making the effort to get noticed, liked, and engaged with, the chances of actually generating leads and customers from it are pretty slim.
Here are some ways to boost your Facebook engagement:
Show Your Personality
Social media is, after all, about being social. Everything you post for your Avon business on Facebook should portray your personality.
We’ve all heard the adage, People do business with those they know, like and trust. So spend your time engaging on a personal level with your followers.
It’s not about being perfect – it’s more about being YOU!
It’s about getting others to relate with you. When you post a funny meme, video or quote about mom life that makes your followers laugh and think, “Oh that’s totally me!” – that’s what helps build that connection.
Asking your fans questions and using fill-in-the-blank quotes are an easy way to get people to engage with your posts.
Here are a few ideas to help you get started:
- How many rings before you answer the phone?
- If I hear one more word about ____, I’m going to explode!
- Ask them to choose an A/B/C/D photo.
- Encourage your fans to share photos on a given topic or photos of your products.
Images are a great way to tell stories quickly & powerfully. People respond to them, and thereby you get more exposure in the newsfeed.
Be strategic with your images. There are lots of ways to share about your business without being spammy:
- Post a selfie of you using your product.
- Post pictures of your kids using your products.
- Share pictures from your last Avon event or home party, and of course, from your last all-expense paid vacation, thanks to Avon!
Pay attention to what types of content your fans respond to, and even what posting times get more interaction.
Facebook’s news feed algorithm ties organic reach to how much engagement your posts get. This means the more likes, shares and comments you get on your posts, the more fans will see your future posts.
You need to get your fans clicking. So post often, but work to make them engaging.
Keep Posts Simple
Sometimes a simple text-only status update will generate a lot of engagement.
It’s all about knowing your fans and what they like and respond to.
Keep posting useful content with a consistent voice that your community knows. They will start to feel like they know you.
More ideas of types of posts:
- Ask Questions
- Post Fill-in-the-Blanks
- Post Photos
- Talk About the News
- Ask for Likes
- Target Different Fans
- Talk About Facebook
- Celebrate Today
Just Have Fun
Occasionally, you just need to have some fun! Your followers will appreciate it as well.
Experiment with that funny meme! Ask those random questions. Many times these are the posts that get the best engagement.
Make it About Them
Ask questions regularly. Work to get to know your audience. The more you make it about them, the more likely they will engage. After all, for all of us, WE are our favorite subject.
And not only will that help increase engagement and visibility of our posts in the newsfeed, you can actually learn some valuable information about your followers. It’s the best way to see how you might be able to help them, and it’s a great way to build relationships.
One last thing before I go…
I have found a new tool that I found that I’m so excited about! It’s called CinchShare! This is a social media posting tool that does so much!
- You can schedule posts to all the social media platforms.
- You can save posts and reuse them, or even share again on a different platform. In fact, when you’re online and you find something really cool, you can immediately store it in CinchShare to use later!
- You can setup and schedule Facebook Parties!
- And there is so much more!
Because of CinchShare, I am going to cancel all my other social media posting tools. Before I found CinchShare, I needed 3 different tools to do everything I needed. Why pay for all of them when CinchShare does it all for only $100/year or $10/month!?!
And, I have a special deal for you… when you signup using my link, use code: CSFree to receive an additional 30 days added to your 14-day trial, for a total of 44 days free!
Note: If you have an upline in Avon, please check with them to ask if they have a CinchShare link before using mine. They can offer you the same deal.
——> Did this article help you? If so, it would mean a lot to me if you would share it with others!!! And, share your comments below! I would LOVE to know more about you and your thoughts on this subject! <——
Let’s have some conversation!
