It’s a brand new year, and we’re already halfway thru January!  Luckily, you still have time to make a plan for your Avon Business this Year.

Take the next couple of days to plan out what your business is going to look like in 2022.

Growing your Avon business is pretty simple.

There are only 4 main steps:

  1. Prospecting for new customers & recruits.
  2. Getting a brochure (either paper or digital) to every customer every campaign.
  3. Following up with every customer you gave a brochure to every campaign before you place your order.
  4. Take the order, submit it to Avon and deliver to your customer, or send them to your Avon Online Store to place their order

And then Rinse and Repeat.

It’s really that simple. You just do these 4 steps over and over again, and you will have a strong Avon business.

For best results in your Avon business, you want to Launch Powerfully!

Here are some ideas to help you launch powerfully as you go into the New Year.

Get Creative in Your Avon Business –

There’s nothing more important in our business than being creative.

Now, if your upline has given you a system to build your business, I’m not talking about being creative about that. A system is critical to your business, and we also teach systems here on OnlineBeautyBiz.com.

I’m not talking about changing the system. The system is there because it works, and because it duplicates. It is important to keep that system intact.

Building our business is very difficult in the beginning.

It’s like pushing a car to the top of a hill. It takes effort and determination. You keep pushing and pushing, and eventually, you get to the top. Once you’re at the top of the hill, you can let go and your car will speed down the other side without your help.

So what I am talking about is being creative about finding ways to energize yourself to get out of bed every day and be excited to do your business as you push that “car” up the hill.

What I’m talking about is being creative to find ways to energize your team and build that team spirit.

Start doing things that make it engaging and fun and exciting for your team. The energy that you create for your team is vital.

Who wants to show up to a job?… Nobody! We already all have jobs.

Who wants to show up to fun?… Everybody!

Who wants to show up for Love?… Everybody!

Who wants to show up for recognition?… Everybody!

Be creative as you are looking for ways to help your team feel so loved on by you that, even when the going gets tough, they want to stay and be part of your team.

Persistence in your Avon Business –

The only way that any of us can have massive success in our business is to just keep working, and moving forward.

I have a Representative on my team who knows the benefits of the products and she sees the amazing benefit that the Avon Opportunity can provide for her and her family. She’s excited about her Avon business. And yet, she cannot get out of her own way around her story in her head that she is a bother and a pest, and everyone is running away from her when she goes to invite them to take a look. That is holding her back from the success she wants so badly.

If you have a story in your head that’s getting in your way, it is critical to be persistent and keep going. You need to work through it. Reach out to your sponsor, or get some coaching that can help you move through this.

It will get easier as you talk to more and more people and see that they are not running away from you. It may not seem that way right now, but trust that it will.

The key is, do not give up.

Be persistent until you see the results you want to see.

Pour in the Good Stuff

This is about personal development.

The more you pour in of the good stuff; the more you’re going to be excited to wake up in the morning, the more you’re going to be enthused, the more your energy is going to be attractive to other people.

Think about the people in your life who are like “Debbie-downers.” You know who they are. They invite you out to dinner, and you’re like, “Do I really want to hang out with her? She’s just so depressing.”

And so, if you’re having a challenge in your Avon business, and you’ve got this little story in your head that, it’s so hard and nobody’s going to talk to me, or my guests didn’t show up, or whatever it may be that you have…

If you’re pouring in the good stuff, it helps your self-esteem, and then none of that matters because you know that these aren’t the people you want in your business anyway. You’re looking for people who are looking for an opportunity, not someone you need to beg or talk into.

So how do you get this good stuff?

That’s personal development.

Find some good books to read. I encourage you to read a couple of personal development books and know them so well you can actually teach on them.

There are lots of fabulous books out there. Here are just a few of them:

How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles

The Go-Giver by Bob Burg & John David Mann

Making The First Circle Work by Randy Gage

How To Get Instant Trust, Belief, Influence, and Rapport! By Tom Schreiter

These are just a few of the great books out there, but it’s enough to get you started.

There are also incredible 2-minute videos that come in from leaders like Darren Hardy or John Maxwell. There are tons of them out there. Ted Talks are also amazing.

Look for what inspires you and makes you feel good – whatever makes you feel like you’re living your life purpose, or you’re on task and you’re ready to just rock the world.

Another powerful thing is to record your story and play it over and over.

Spend time each day sending gratitude to the people in your life. When you’re giving gratitude and you’re focusing outward, it’s hard to be inward and negative and depressed. So really focus outward and send out love every day.

Be committed to personal development. Know what you are going to read, and be intentional with that and what you’re going to fill your brain with.

Find an Accountability Partner

One thing everyone can do that will help you succeed is to have an accountability partner that you meet with regularly.

You’ve got to be plugged into somebody on a continuous basis, even if it’s just audio/text messages back and forth throughout the day.

Find someone who will challenge you, maybe someone who’s working hard at their business and will help you raise the bar.

If you work with someone who raises the bar, you’ll also find yourself raising the bar, and you’ll help each other be better instead of allowing each other to settle.

Get Into Action in Your Avon Business

In our last blog post, you wrote down all the things you declared for 2022. The only way for this to happen is by taking action. It’s going to take deliberate effort to achieve this –
it won’t happen by itself, or by accident.

This doesn’t mean you don’t have a life.

We’re not asking you to tell your family that you’re not going to be available for six months because you’re so focused on your business.

It’s more about you deciding how much time you are going to put into your business every day.

If your commitment is 30 minutes a day, you are in massive action during those 30 minutes doing the right activities.

If it’s 2 hours, you are in massive action during those 2 hours doing the right activities.

Don’t spend your time where it’s not effective. If you have someone on your team that you’ve thrown the ball to 30 times and they’ve dropped it 30 times, this is not someone you call the 31st time just because you are in action.

The action I’m talking about is all the things we looked at and that you wrote down on the last blog post:

I invite ___ people a day.

I enroll ___ people each month.

I have ___ new customers each month.

I build ___ Leaders.

I bring ___ team members to RepFest.

I attend the Leadership Retreat.

My team grows by ___ people/percentage each month

I receive ___ Award.

I am ___ Rank.

This is the action that I am talking about. These activities are how you’re going to start to see your business grow in 2022.

Have Fun in Your Avon Business!

Figure out how you can do this business in a way that works for you and that is fun.

Make it fun for your team too.

Be sure they are having fun and are feeling loved.
