I’ve been thinking a lot about leverage lately… and I think it might be something that you need to understand too.

It’s important to learn how to use leverage to build your Avon business.

And by the end of this, I’m going to let you in on something that I haven’t really said out loud before.

Growing your Avon business is pretty simple.

There are only 4 main steps:

  1. Prospecting for new customers & recruits.
  2. Getting a brochure (either paper or digital) to every customer every campaign.
  3. Following up with every customer you gave a brochure to every campaign before you place your order.
  4. Take the order, submit it to Avon and deliver to your customer, or send them to your Avon Online Store to place their order

And then Rinse and Repeat.

It’s really that simple. You just do these 4 steps over and over again, and you will have a strong Avon business.

When followed consistently, the Daily 8 Plan will help you maintain the consistency required to build a thriving team and an exponentially expanding residual income.

Leverage will make all the difference in your Avon business.

How to leverage your time. Learn how to leverage your money. How to leverage tools built to make your business easier.

But What is Leverage?

Well, you use a lever as a tool to lift, right?

It’s a tool used to make the lifting easier.

Think of your business as what we’re trying to lift up.

We all know that the more time you put into your business… the more you’re going to get out of it.

But we all get the same amount of time – 24 hours in a day – and what we do with that time matters.

And that’s where leverage comes in.

I’ve highlighted my favorite definition of the word leverage in the screenshot below.

Getting Maximum Advantage Out of Your Time!

Time is our most valuable resource… We can’t get it back once it’s gone.

So, if I can SAVE time… or INVEST my time to get a return on that investment, I don’t care what it is, I’ll be utilizing it.

That’s why I teach our simple system to automate our follow-ups.

It’s why I spend money on automating it.

It’s why I use Campaign Mailer to mail brochures to everyone on my list rather than to deliver them to even those who live close to me, or to those who ordered and they’re going to get a brochure in the bag with their order.

I don’t want to take the extra time to figure out who got a brochure and who didn’t.  The tools make sure that everyone gets a brochure every campaign.

Leverage is why I spend money on ANYTHING.

If it saves me time or makes me more money, then my mentality is that it HAS to become part of my business.

Here’s The Thing I’ve Never Told Anyone Before

My total “tool stack” costs me $635.50 every single month.  But spending that much earns me 10x that!

That’s everything from Campaign Mailer, Project Broadcast, Dial My Calls, Canva Pro, my Video Making Tool, inVideo, to Square Credit Card Processing, to my email marketing system with AWeber, to my card sending app with SendOutCards, to my website hosting, and even memberships that I pay for each month.

And every single one of them EITHER saves me TIME or makes me MONEY.

It’s All About Your Mindset Around Leveraging Tools in Your Business

This is the mindset shift you need to make in order to start treating your business like a business.

Honestly… I hear pretty often things like “I would like to try this, but things are pretty right now…

And I can definitely understand that. Things are tight for a lot of people right now.

But it also means that they haven’t learned how to leverage.

And you need to learn how to leverage.

Learn How to Leverage The Tools

There are tools like mine that will save you time and will make you money.

You just need to learn them, use them, and leverage them.

I’m not saying to go out there and spend money that you don’t have.

But start to learn to leverage the tools.

Start with our simple system to automate our follow-ups.

Avon also has tools you can use at no cost – the Digital Brochure, the Promotion Tool, the Live Shopping, Avon U, and more.  Are you leveraging those tools?

As your business grows, you can add more tools that make sense to growing your business.

Things might not be so tight anymore if you do.
