Using Shuffle To Make Your Follow Ups EasierI have recently started using this great new phone app that helps me connect with people and to stay on top of my follow-ups with them. It’s called Shuffle.

Shuffle is an app that allows you to create a virtual business card and share it with your contacts. It’s kind of like the 21st century equivalent of handing someone a physical business card – but better!

Because your Shuffle virtual business card is digital and unique, it’s a great way to make a lasting first impression and stand out in your prospects mind as a valuable resource, rather than “just another person trying to sell me something.”

This card definitely won’t end up in some shoebox somewhere.

Your Shuffle business card can include links to all your favorite social media sites, and there is even a link where they can download your contact information right into their phone.

You can add links to your Avon site, such as Purchase Avon or Start Your Avon Business. When they click on the links they’re taken to exactly the right place on your Avon website.

And you can even add a video.

The Shuffle app is crazy simple, and at only $10/month it is crazy inexpensive too. It gives you all kinds of information about who has viewed your business card and more. You can setup reminders, make notes about your contacts, and stay on top of your entire follow-up process.

I use it with my Avon ALMA Leads. After I call them, I send them this text:

Thought about starting an Avon business? Or want to buy products? I’m here to help you. Here is my business card with all the links you need.

And then I include the link to my card.

When they view the card, I get a notification, so I know whether they’re engaged or not. Then I can schedule follow-ups within the app if I want. And I can go back and see my entire history with each person.

Did you know that a whopping 80% of all sales or signups are made on the 5th to 12th follow-up? And yet, only 10% of sales professionals make more than 3 follow-up attempts.
