Using The Power Of 5 To Grow Your Business
This strategy can help you grow your business, both in sales and in building your team.
It takes time to build your Avon business. You can’t just sit at your desk all day and expect people from all over to magically find you and want to buy or sell Avon.
The Power of 5 is a great strategy that starts out small, but ends up strong.
Talk with 5 people every day about Avon.
Recruit at least 5 people every month.
Teach those 5 to do the same.
As you go about your day, make it a point to talk to 5 people every day. In the process you’ll pick up both new customers and new team members.
Talk to people. Offer them a brochure. Talk about the Avon opportunity. Be sure to get their contact information so that you can follow up.
What starts out small, ends up strong –
When you talk to 5 people a day, 5 days a week, every week of the month, you’ll have 100 potential Representatives.
Out of those 100 people you can find at least 5 who want to join your team. Do that every month for 6 months and you can have 30 people on your team.
Encourage each of your new Representatives to do the same and by yearend you’re on the track to building a strong team!

The math is easy to follow and so is the strategy: By taking small, simple steps every day you’re consistently and actively growing your team. You’re also creating an important model for success for your Representatives to duplicate, the key to growing your business and your team.
