There are only 4 main steps:

1. Prospecting for new customers & recruits.
2. Getting a brochure (either paper or digital) to every customer every campaign.
3. Following up with every customer you gave a brochure to every campaign before you place your order.
4. Take the order, submit it to Avon and deliver to your customer, or send them to your Avon Online Store to place their order.

And then Rinse and Repeat.

It’s really that simple. You just do these 4 steps over and over again, and you will have a strong Avon business.

Today We’ll Talk About Specifically How to Build Your Avon Business Online

The above Daily 8 System is critical to your success whether you are building your Avon business online or face-to-face.

It’s all relevant.

But let’s look at what it takes specifically to build your Avon business online.

 

If you’re looking to build your Avon business online… if you do not have a daily method of operation, and you’re sitting there wondering why…

• Your business is not growing online
• You don’t have customers flowing in,
• You don’t have people signing up to sell Avon with you

Then you need to really look at what you’re doing daily in your business.

4 Daily Steps to Grow Your Avon Business Online

#1 – Posting your content

This should be already done, it’s already scheduled.

I use CinchShare to schedule my content.

You’ll want to use this or something else and schedule your content ahead of time.

Then it is not something you need to focus on every day because it’s already scheduled for you.

#2 – Initiating Conversations.

This means that you are starting conversations every day in Messenger.

You should be able to open Messenger and see exactly where you stand.

If your inbox isn’t constantly evolving with conversations, then that’s why you are not progressing in your business.

You need to be in constant conversation starter mode.

You have to engage people and build relationships, just as if you were in person.

#3 –  Follow Up, Follow Up!

Who is really good at follow up in here?

And if you’re not, you probably just don’t have a process.

We all get confused on like, when should I follow-up.

“I don’t want to be a nag, I don’t want to say the wrong thing, I don’t want to bother somebody…”

All of these insecure thoughts that we all tend to have when we start selling things online.

Does that sound familiar to you?

If so, you don’t need to worry about that.

Because guess what!

You just need a process.  When you have a process, you don’t have to worry about that.

You need to have a follow-up process in place… with set language, a set process that allows you to follow up with people that are already interested.

#4 – Invite / Open Ask

This is where you are inviting somebody to view your Digital Brochure.

Sharing your Avon Online Store link and inviting someone to check it out.

Or to take a look at your business to consider joining you.

If you’re not consistently inviting somebody to take a look or see if they are interested, then that is what you are missing.

What I Know To Be True

No matter what problems you are having in your business…

• Your sales are low
• Attendance is low with Avon’s LIVE Shopping Events (You are taking advantage of these, right?! 🙂
• People aren’t joining your team

No matter what it is…

The answer is ALWAYS…

Talk to more people!
